**HR Assistant - SL3**

**Salary up to**: £24,380 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our client is one of the leading Road Transport Companies. They operate to the highest accredited professional standards and are anything but the stereotypical transport company.

As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration etc.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks, vetting process, life cycle.
- Supporting with onboarding process, informing managers and keeping things ready for new joiner.
- Updating the HR system.
- Ordering Uniform, maintain the process from start till the end.
- Supporting employee relations initiatives, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with conflict resolution or any other concerns.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs
- Maintaining accurate HR records and files, including employee files, HRIS, and other HR systems
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs and any other things.
- Processing documentation in line with company procedures
- Assisting with the collation of documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documents and forms.
- Attending incoming phone calls.
- Reviewing CPC training and other details
- Any other tasks as requested by management
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
