Job Opening: Meta Ads Manager and Client Onboarding. 

We're seeking an experienced meta-ads manager who not only has a good understanding of running meta-ads but is also eager to learn our unique methods of achieving great results.

This role will consist of dealing with each client's ad account and also onboarding all new clients. 

Please note that this is a growing role. While this may be a small role to start with, it will become a large one in the months to come, so please do not apply for this if you are already contracted out to multiple other companies and are worried about the time you have to put into this role.

We are Irons Empire, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in the UK. We specialise in the home renovation industry and work with multiple small and large companies spanning across the whole of the UK. We are a results-driven agency and have a very specific way of doing things. Everything we do is unique and based on successful data, so in terms of the systems and structure we run, you probably haven't done anything like it before. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for launching and running ads in accordance with the established system. 

  • You will launch ads based on an instruction list provided; this is a copy-and-paste role. 
  • We encourage proactive learning from the data received.
  • Frequent suggestions for improving our systems and achieving better results are highly valued.
  • Filling in our tracking metrics on a weekly basis to record all results.

 Client onboarding: 

  • You will be creating Google Drive folders and setting up the Meta Business Suite. 
  • Creating pixels and setting up events. 
  • Creating ad accounts and custom audiences. 
  • Launching ads in accordance with the structure provided. 

 

Qualifications:

Experience in Meta Ads: A solid background in running meta ads and a comprehensive understanding of the various systems and metrics are crucial.

  • You must know how to create pixels and set up events. 
  • You must know how to create custom audiences on ad accounts. 
  • You must know how to properly track the results using custom columns on the ad accounts. 
  • You must know how to create and launch ads.

Results-driven: a dedication to providing the best possible results for our clients and a proactive mindset towards optimising campaigns for maximum impact.

 

Requirements:

Location: Based in the UK.

Language: English, with strong communication skills for weekly team calls.

Responsiveness: Ability to maintain a response time on a daily basis when tasks are assigned and great all day WhatsApp communication.
