DL Media is a paid advertising agency spending millions monthly on Meta and Google Ads, focusing exclusively on e-commerce brands that operate on a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model. We are seeking a Creative Strategist who thrives in a dynamic environment handling 8-12+ clients and is passionate about crafting advertising strategies that resonate with audiences and drive significant ROAS. Our goal is to achieve a 5x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) monthly with the support of innovative creative strategies developed by our team in alignment with media buying. This position requires complete fluency in English for both text and calls and the ability to work during US hours, with flexibility for additional hours at your convenience. (Location is flexible as long as you can mainly operate on US EST or PST hours)

Role Summary:

As a Creative Strategist, you will be the mastermind behind our advertising creativity, aligning closely with Media Buyers to analyze current ad performances and devise compelling creative campaigns for our clients. Your insights will directly influence the creation of engaging content by our graphic designers and copywriters, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our campaigns and scaling our clients' growth through innovative and effective ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to assess the effectiveness of current creatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop innovative creative strategies and concepts that are backed by platform analytics, particularly for Meta, and potentially other platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Google.
  • Guide and inspire a team of graphic designers and copywriters to produce compelling and high-converting ads.
  • Analyze data to understand which creatives perform best and leverage these insights to scale campaign results.
  • Ensure creative strategies align with the client’s brand and campaign objectives to achieve a target of 5x ROAS.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in a marketing agency, with a focus on D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Extensive knowledge of paid advertising platforms, with a strong emphasis on Meta. Familiarity with Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, driving creative strategies that enhance advertising performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust creative directions as needed.
  • Experience in managing large-scale creative campaigns that have significantly boosted ROAS.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively both internally and in client presentations.
