Business Development Consultant

You will be instrumental in the further growth across EMEA with the option to lead the expansion to the USA with profit-sharing options. This role will be UK based with periodic travel within the EMEA region (principally the UK & EU), and quarterly travel to the USA.
As Business Development Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
New business development and lead generation through, managing email marketing campaigns, calling and video meetings (face to face meetings only where deemed necessary).
Drive and support recruitment sales opportunities to achieve UK & EU sales target (£150k of new business per annum).
Manage pipeline and ensure targets are hit each month by actively sourcing leads from many different avenues.
Identify recruitment sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and existing relationships; building and developing relationships with key stakeholders within target market companies
We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant with:
Previous Recruitment/Business Development experience
Recruitment experience in the EU / USA real estate, infrastructure construction, civil engineering industries is a bonus but we are also interested in proven recruiters from other sectors who are interested in starting a new desk or just changing markets.
Established networks and relationships in the alternative assets (real assets) private equity investment community with fund managers / portfolio managers is highly desirable.
The capability to work remotely and manage your own diary.
