We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to work with a leading estate agency branch in their central London head office as a Business Development consultant in their client services department. The role of the Business development consultant is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.The role requires great communicators, who are determined, motivated and those who will thrive in a sociable and hard working environment. Extensive initial training and constant on the job training are provided. The role is ideally suited for someone looking to get into the property industry or a negotiator looking to move to a Monday-Friday role.

Business Development consultant Benefits and Salary:

  • Competitive basic salary up to £25k depending on experience
  • OTE of £40k+
  • Quarterly events
  • 20 days plus birthday annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday-Friday
