Primary Tasks:
Identify and capitalise on project opportunities across diverse systems.
Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones.
Ensure the creation of precise and appealing proposals and quotations.
Successfully meet sales targets in terms of volumes and margins.
Maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent client interaction.
Conduct surveys at various sites and prepare estimates for maintenance.
Manage incoming inquiries and develop maintenance proposals effectively.
Create and finalise contracts through professional quotations.
Provide monthly reports with accurate forecasting details.
Maintain data integrity by regularly updating databases.
Essential Qualifications:
Proficiency in essential PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as numerical skills.
Display exceptional telephone etiquette.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Key Competencies:
Completion of FIA (or equivalent) training in fire detection and alarm systems.
Previous experience or training in sales.
2-5 years of experience in customer-facing or technical roles within the fire and security industry.
Knowledge of fire detection systems and associated technologies.
