How you’ll make a differencenLeading a dedicated team in the community to help identify and address unmet social needs that may be exacerbating physical and/or mental health.nConnect with people in an authentic and compassionate way to support people who may have poor mental health, substance misuse, multiple and long-term conditions, adverse traumatic experiences who are often suspicious of formality and offers of supportnHelp improve individuals’ self-management techniques, leading to improved wellbeing and confidence. Focussing on care co-ordination, advocating for access and addressing health inequalities, you’ll know the system and be able to gain access for people falling through the gaps.nThe work that you and team do will empower people to achieve ‘what matters to them’. This could include an enhanced quality of life, increased confidence and independence, and an improved sense of choice and control.

What you’ll bring to the rolenCasework experience delivering community-based services across any of these areas: Mental health, drug and alcohol, physical health conditions, elderly, minority cohorts.nLine management experiencenResilient, motivated, and compassionate with a real appetite for helping vulnerable people in the communitynExceptionally strong negotiation skills and patience in abundancenExperience in developing person centred support plans, engaging in a trauma informed way and managing risk are all second nature to younDrive and own/be willing to use your own vehicle

Responsibilities:n- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service departmentn- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issuesn- Train and supervise service staff to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfactionn- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and upsell services to customersn- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, inventory, and customer informationn- Monitor and manage service schedules to ensure timely completion of workn- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service activities and improve overall efficiency

Skills:n- Strong upselling skills to promote additional services and products to customersn- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including processing payments and providing changen- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain service processes to customersn- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customersn- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
