Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and exciting company?

My Solihull client is seeking an Administrator to join their team to provide administrative support to their operations team. This company is a market-leading company with a portfolio of brands, committed to providing their customers with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:nProviding administrative support to the operations team, covering everything across finance, facilities and HR administrationnProcessing and managing data and documentationnHandling customer enquiries and complaintsnCoordinating meetings and eventsnSupporting with note taking in meetings as requirednAssisting with project management tasks

Skills and Attributes:nExcellent organisational and time management skillsnPrevious office administrative experience essentialnStrong attention to detailnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnProficient in Microsoft Office

You will be reporting to the Senior Administrator and working in a close-knit, long-serving team who is dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative support to the business.
