Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established and growing client. My client has a heavy involvement in the rearing of livestock and is currently expanding their portfolio into feeds. The client is currently looking for a 6 to 12 month contracted employee.nThe HR Administrator will be required to oversee all HR operations for the expansion, payroll, pensions, contracts of employment and any other HR related admin work.nRequired Tasksn-

Understanding of Sage software for payroll tasksn-

Submitting pension paperworkn-

HR onboarding tasks -

identification, right to work, training recordsn-

P11D’sn-

Responsible for laptop, phone and company car administrationn-

Advertising staff vacanciesn-

Total staff management – offering wellbeing support, disciplinary procedures, onboardingn-

Banking – staff payments, monetary advancesn-

Arranging staff Christmas and giftsn-

Providing support to the General Manager and SecretarynRequired Skillsn-

Practical and problem solving naturen-

Openness to learning and developmentn-

Ability to work alone or in a teamn-

Experience and competence of full Microsoft packagesn-

Experience using accounting packages – Sage or SAP B1 would be advantageousn-

Attention to detailn-

Ability to precisely follow instructions and also self sufficientnThe RolenContract:
