Recruitment:
Screening CVs and arranging interviews
Posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms
Vetting candidates and issuing employment contracts
Drafting new starter paperwork and coordinating follow-ups
Completing references and background checks
Managing logistics for new startersPayroll:
Distributing pension information to new starters
Collating payroll information and assisting with compensation and benefits documentationGeneral Duties:
Maintaining and updating accurate employee records
Managing records of holidays, sickness, and leavers
