About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to support our Head of Learning and Apprenticeships to create a culture of continuous learning at the Club.
The Club is committed to investing in its people to ensure that we achieve our organisational success and strategic goals.
The role will be critical in partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify learning and development needs in line with a comprehensive, Club wide, learning strategy. Developing innovative and customised learning solutions and programmes that can be delivered through diverse approaches to learning to ensure we can meet the needs of our people at all levels and backgrounds.
Your impact
You will possess a degree / CIPD qualification or significant equivalent experience in learning and development, talent management or a related field and will have extensive experience of successfully implementing learning strategies that drive business and employee performance.
A creative thinker you will have a proven track record of carrying out learning needs analysis and using this information to design and deliver a variety of learning and development solutions.
With significant experience of working with learning management systems and digital approaches to learning you will be comfortable in creating and delivering engaging and memorable development pathways.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders and the ability to support talent mapping is essential.
