Position Description
As Channel Sales Manager – Infinite Electronics, your role will be to manage and develop the existing distribution channel in EMEA with an emphasis on customer development, margin improvement, and top line revenue growth. The role will be part of the Bulgin Limited team but will have responsibility for a $50m channel spanning multiple brands within the Infinite Electronics portfolio. The key success requirements for the DSM will be an entrepreneurial spirit, an acute understanding of personal relationships and account management, and a background in the electronic component industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as key member of the Global Distribution and Sales Channel team for all relevant Brands.
- Develop and harmonise the existing distribution network emphasising profitability and customer development across the wider EMEA market
- In conjunction with Director of Global Distribution applies Best Practices including Contract Standardization.
- Evaluates multi-brand opportunities with existing Channel Partners.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets for the EMEA channel for all assigned Channel partners and brands.
- Support eCommerce distribution whilst also maintaining direct sales focus ensuring maximum profitability for the wider business
- Direct and coordinate preparation of sales and business forecasts for the Distribution Channel; contributing to strategic and long-term growth plans
- Manages all contracts, requirements, and agreements with assigned Channel partners.
- Lead the development and execution of joined business plans and associated programs driving the launch and customer uptake of new product offerings and expand the available market share of existing product ranges across all geographies
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition in the Channel.
- Effectively communicate project and program expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion; liaising with project and Distribution Partner and POS/end Customer on an ongoing basis
- Report monthly on Program opportunities (Gap Fill, Low Stock, Power Buys, NPIs, New Distributorship and stocking packages, etc.) in Salesforce (CRM) and distribution sales activity while working hands on to deliver the purchase orders with your Distribution Partners
Qualification and experience
- Candidates must possess channel leadership experience in the electronics industry
- Exceptional communication skills; written, oral, and presentation.
- Proven track record of successfully implemented channel programs.
- Highly collaborative work ethic.
- Strong business acumen across multiple disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Product Management.
- Operate effectively at a senior level
- Ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and systematic problem-solving approach; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Proven track record of program management resulting in commercial success in a dynamic environment

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years in channel sales
- 3+ years in a channel sales leadership role in this or a similar industry preferred, with responsibilities like those required for this role.
