Overview:

UAP is looking for a Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in recruiting international students. We need someone who's good at building partnerships, improving our recruitment strategies, and growing our business. This role involves making sure our team works well, coming up with smart ideas, and keeping us competitive in recruiting students from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Vision:nCreate and implement a thorough strategic plan to grow UAP's worldwide footprint, boost international student enrolment, and cultivate vital partnerships with leading educational institutions globally.nConduct market research to stay informed about global education trends, analyse competitor activity, and identify new markets for recruitment expansion.nInnovate and adjust strategies in response to shifts in market dynamics and educational trends to ensure UAP's continued growth and competitive edge.

Partnership Development:nIdentify, assess, and establish strategic partnerships with international universities, educational consortia, and recruitment agencies to promote international student recruitment.nManage partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and compliance requirements, and monitor their execution and effectiveness.nExpand B2B partnerships by engaging with educational agents and universities, reinforcing the network for student recruitment and contributing to the increase of international student enrolment.

Sales and Marketing:nDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote UAP's services and offerings to prospective partners and students. This may include preparing marketing materials, attending industry events, and delivering presentations.

Student Recruitment:nDirect the targeted international student recruitment campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, direct communication, and active participation in prominent educational fairs and seminars across global markets.nEmploy CRM strategies to manage prospective student inquiries effectively, from initial contact through to application and enrolment, optimising conversion rates.

Collaboration:nCollaborate closely with the admissions and academic departments to streamline the application and enrolment processes, ensuring a seamless transition for international students.

Reporting, Analytics, and Operational Excellence:nDevelop a robust reporting framework to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment and partnership strategies, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making.nRegularly update senior management and stakeholders on progress, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on detailed analysis.nManage the student admission process in liaison with the Admissions department, ensuring efficient processing of applications.nOversee the production of reports and presentations for management meetings, ensuring accurate representation of pipelines, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.nAdminister agent accounts and compile performance reports to assess and optimise their contribution to recruitment goals.nConduct and facilitate training sessions, mock interviews, and other preparatory activities for applicants, ensuring they are well-equipped for the application process.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.nMinimum of 2 years of experience in international student recruitment within the higher education sector, with a proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.nStrong understanding of global higher education systems, admissions processes, and student visa regulations.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.nStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract students from diverse geographic regions.nResults-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving enrolment goals.nDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; familiarity with student recruitment platforms and tools preferred.nWillingness to travel domestically as required.nEligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
