We are looking for an Operations Site Manager to join our client, an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section. This role will be working at their Wethersfield site with those in initial accommodation.
The site manager is the primary point of contact, with full delegated responsibility for the wellbeing of the SUs and the infrastructure of the site at Wethersfield. The manager is the first point of contact with staff and sub-contractors and has full responsibility to manage them and ensure that the interests and the requirements of the Home Office are met in a timely and commercially conscious manner.
This role requires a leadership that encompasses oversight throughout the working week and silent hours; the manager must undertake a flexible work pattern and to undertake at least two weekend visits/month, taking half days off work in lieu. The role will be to work 25 shifts per month (12-hour shifts), with your average weekly working hours equating to 40/48 hours a week, over a period of a 3 month rolling shift pattern, this role does not have any night shifts.
You must be a car driver for this role. A DVLA check will be carried out. The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
