Hours: Full-time, immediate start
Role Overview: The Drylining Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion. This includes leading site teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all drylining and ceiling installations meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage daily site operations to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to specifications.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and direct on-site operatives to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards.
* Client Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the client’s site team and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
* Logistics Management: Organise and schedule materials and equipment required for site installations.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, aligning with resource levels and project timelines.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in site supervision or management, with experience in both small and large-scale projects.
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of drylining and ceiling systems.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Safety Management: Demonstrated capability to manage Health & Safety requirements on-site.
* Computer literate: Familiar with document control and QA systems
* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
* Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
