Operations Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Site Manager to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract at their Wethersfield site. Our client is a leading provider of accommodation services to various organizations across the UK, with a strong focus on developing their business in central and local government, as well as the charitable sector.

As the Operations Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and service user management, with full delegated responsibility for the wellbeing of service users and the infrastructure of the site. You will be the first point of contact with staff and sub-contractors, and will be responsible for ensuring that the client's interests and the requirements of the Home Office are met in a timely, commercially conscious, and compliant manner.

The successful candidate will have experience in people and site management, with strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee the site on a 24/7 basis. The role requires a 44-hour working week, with 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and a 5-week shift pattern to cover 7 days a week.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
