This role is working within the Kings Lynn area. This is a temp to perm position working 22.5 hours over four days with flexible shift patterns available (e.g., 8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 4.30pm). The offered salary for this position is £12.49 per hour. Please note you must be a driver and have access to your own transport for this role, as travel is required.
The company
This National charity have been instrumental in providing a range of heavily relied on services for communities across the UK, with a focus on a psychologically informed and progressive approach to their services. With a growing number of service users across the organisation, this charity are continuing to extend their reach and provide essential services to those in need.
Your duties will include:
* Handling a caseload of service users with mental health & complex needs, supporting them to achieve their goals.
* Utilising outcomes-focused interventions and person-centred planning to support individuals.
* Develop good working relationships with individuals in your caseload.
* Develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
You will have /be:
* Previous experience within a similar role dealing with vulnerable individuals with complex needs.
* The ability to communicate at all levels, with an empathetic approach and able to handle sensitive situations.
* Understanding of mental health issues (knowledge or experience of working in a psychologically informed environment is preferred).
* Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to push ahead to find the appropriate solutions in order to help others.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
