Service Administrator

You will be a highly organised and approachable character who enjoys variety and working in a reactive working environment where no day is the same.
Being client focused and delivering the very best for their customers, you will manage the diaries for engineers liaising with clients booking in service and maintenance visits.
Whilst allocating labour and coordinating engineers, you will also be involved in some invoicing of works as well as managing time sheets.
You will respond to inbound enquiries from new and existing customers requiring quotations for service and maintenance contracts, as well as dealing with the renewals of such, therefore you will be confident and comfortable on the phone.
Experience using databases is highly advantageous and candidates applying must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator from the service sector with exceptional customer service skills.
