Key responsibilities
Provide guidance and advice to all employees on policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with employment law changes and review, develop and update policies and procedures regularly.
Manage the recruitment process along with individual managers from selection through to onboarding.
Attend the monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings and ensure any actions are completed and communicated.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team to strategically determine areas of improvement.
Develop and promote wellbeing initiatives.
Support managers through disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and performance issues.
Producing monthly board information packs and owning the annual employee engagement survey.
Completing all administration duties
Supporting managers through the PDP process and developing documents where required.
Organising and promoting company events and initiatives through the business.
Essential skills
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Experience as a HR generalist
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and positive attitude
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Approachable and empathic
