In this developing role as an Education Programme Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality education and leadership programmes that will engage and inspire leaders at all levels.
Working closely with clients and associates to co-design learning experiences that are relevant, rigorous and effective, the role requires someone highly organised that has a blend of education design, project management and client engagement skills and experience.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Programme design
Learning needs assessment
Stakeholder collaboration
Learning materials development
Feedback analysis
Post-programme evaluation
Financial management
Governance and compliance
Business development support
We're looking for someone with experience of designing effective, engaging classroom-based learning experiences. Other experience which would be useful includes designing assessments and effective feedback mechanisms as well as creating high quality learning materials including slide decks, case studies and online resources.
Location:
Cambridge
Hours:
Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Salary:
£40-45,000 per annum
Benefits:
Pension, Health Care Cash Plan, Free meal provided each day, 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays (plus your
