Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing mentorship and support to designated students
  • Assisting the Classroom Teacher during instructional periods
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress and any concerns
  • Overseeing students during non-instructional activities
  • Supporting lesson planning and preparation efforts
  • Fostering positive relationships with students to enhance learning outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background with prior experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Confidence in taking on additional responsibilities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
