About the Role
We are in search of a committed Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become part of our team for a long-term position. Your role as an HLTA will be pivotal in bolstering teaching and learning throughout the school. Collaborating closely with teachers, you’ll deliver stimulating lessons, provide tailored intervention, and support students’ academic and emotional development. Joining us presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our dynamic educational setting.
Key Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
● Experience working as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent role.
● Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
● A passion for supporting the academic and personal development of all students.
