We are seeking a motivated and committed Advanced Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become part of our exceptional team. This full-time position offers a competitive daily remuneration of £100 – £120.
You will be stepping into a role that has opened up due to the expansion of our team, reflecting our dedication to providing high-quality education and support to our students.
In this position, you will primarily work with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, assisting classroom teachers and leading small group sessions.
Our class sizes are modest, typically around 25 students, allowing for a more personalized and effective teaching approach.
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and aiding in the assessment of their progress.
