About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role has become available due to an expansion of our support team, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional educational support.
You will be working with various classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring a diverse and stimulating work experience. Class sizes are manageable, allowing for effective support and meaningful interactions with students.
Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting teachers in lesson planning and delivery.
• Leading small group sessions and interventions.
• Assisting with the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Providing one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs.
