The primary aim of this role is to drive new client acquisition within the Tech & Media sector, thereby enhancing our market position within the regional and London area.  

You will report to the Head of Tech & Media and will be supported by the firm wide Head of Strategy and marketing team. There will also be encouragement for horizontal integration with other departments to ensure consistency, idea sharing and best practices.

What does the job entail?

  • You will devise and implement a tactical plan to generate leads and win new Tech & Media clients, ensuring they align with our ideal client profile
  • You will manage the entire lead conversion process including leading meetings with prospective clients, creating fee proposals and transitioning the new client to the onboarding team
  • You will seek new opportunities and enhance existing marketing channels (websites, introducers, events) for lead generation
  • You will leverage existing client relationships and external networks to increase referrals and drive growth, as well as build your own network
  • You will improve our market position by enhancing our online presence and brand awareness, collaborating with the marketing team, the National marketing team and other offices
  • You will attend industry specific events, such as Founders Live, networking, presenting or hosting where possible
  • You will clearly communicate what distinguishes the company from its competitors
  • You will develop expertise and understanding of the Tech & Media market and proactively share this knowledge internally
  • You will support the onboarding process for new clients
