Administration Assistant

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Administration Assistant on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 15.26 19.21 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of claims & managing the workflow including logging and maintaining data in the claims management system.
- Gather information and documentation from inhouse software internal departments and third parties.
- Carry out accurate data entry.
- Liaise with Claims Finance Officer Claims Department & Highways personnel & emergency services to assist with the investigation of claims.
- Undertake research and investigation as required
Requirements:
- Experience of providing administrative support in a busy customer & client focused service delivery.
- Experience of following defined procedures to produce set service delivery outcomes.
- Experience of written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
