Payroll Coordinator - Northallerton

Up to £35,000pa (DOE)

We are supporting a fantastic manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their small Finance Team.

This role is based on site and typically hours are Mon-Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Salary is dependent on experience but ranging up to £35,000pa.

Responsibilities as a Payroll Coordinator:

  • End-to-end in-house payroll processing and year-end processes.
  • Administration of benefit in kind schemes
  • Auto enrolment pension scheme administration
  • Finance function, working closely with HR
  • Co-ordinate weekly overtime/agency working process
  • First point of contact for queries internal and external
  • Support with internal and external audits.

Essential requirements of the role:

  • Strong IT skills - especially intermediate excel knowledge.

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator / Officer and end to end Payroll.
