Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employee salary data, ensuring accurate and timely payments for approximately 6,000 employees.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of payroll administrators to maintain organized documents and handle payroll-related tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administering all aspects of payroll for employees
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Reviewing and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Verifying the accuracy of payroll transactions
- Identifying and resolving payroll errors
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements and skills for this role include:
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in a Finance/Accounting environment would be advantageous.
