What You Will Do:
Handle telephone and email sales enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Efficiently manage customer queries and escalate them when necessary.
Input customer orders and oversee the delivery process to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
Coordinate the collection of returning goods and update customers on order delivery statuses.
Assist in maintaining a central customer database and actively promote the company's services.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, enhancing operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in a fast-paced telephone sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
A basic technical understanding of automotive products and services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
