Head of Transformation - Business Change/IT - New Role


+++ 3 days a week in Leeds +++


A leading organisation requires a Head of Tranformation to define and lead a programme of significant business and IT change. Suitable candidates will have the following:


  • Substantial experience in leading change and transformation in medium to large organisations coupled with a successful track record of implementing and transforming ways of working at scale.
  • Able to translate IT issues in a simple and effective way for the business to understand
  • Lead key supplier relationships and influence contract negotiations, change and improved relationships
  • Knowledge of project development processes
  • Exceptional Programme Management skills (e.g. Prince, MSP, Agile, Leading SAFe)
  • Strong understanding of Lean Management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, TQM )
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Able to demonstrate experience in strategic planning and investment case process using your commercial and financial acumen
  • Exceptional leadership skills to ensure that you are seen as a role model and able to influence teams and individuals
