Expectation is to be in Manchester office for first 8 weeks and then it can be hybrid with travel during key phases

Mandatory skills: Salesforce, Vlocity, Comms Cloud

Position Details:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· At least 10-12 year’s experience working in a technical capacity on the Salesforce Platform with a strong focus on telco as an industry, inclusive of Vlocity for CSPs

· Proven ability to design and architect secure, scalable, performant and configurable BSS solutions on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) with a solid understanding of the best practices

· At least 2 end-to-end Comms Cloud (Vlocity) projects delivered for major UK/European telcos in the B2B space, inclusive of experience in enterprise sales quoting (multi-product/multi-site)

· Candidate should understand the sales and order management process in B2B for SOHO, SME, and Enterprise customers and know the nuances that exist between these.

· Strong domain knowledge in terms of telco BSS processes across sales and order management, understanding of the wider enterprise landscape in BSS/OSS, and industry standards such as TM Forum

· Must have hands on experience and expert knowledge on Comms Cloud Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, and CLM

· Expert understanding of the OmniStudio capabilities from Salesforce including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts

· Expert knowledge on Salesforce platform capabilities including APEX, LWC, Flow, Security/Sharing, Data Model, Shield, etc.

· Experience with Customer Experience Cloud for Comms Cloud a plus

· Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms like Marketing Cloud as plus

· Experience and expertise in creating high and low-level technical design documents, communication designs to clients and internal teams

· Should have a clear strategy and process in ensuring customers align to the OOTB features of Salesforce and avoid customization

· Expertise in Salesforce DevOps advantageous

· Should have worked in large, dispersed teams in a scaled agile format

· Capable of performing technical assurance and quality review on developer produced code and configuration, advising on best practices

· Strong client facing, as well as written/spoken communication skills

· Certifications should ideally include Salesforce, System and Platform Architect, Industries CPQ, Industries OM, Communications Cloud AP

· Ideally North-West based with ability to be onsite in Manchester regularly, in particular during the first 8 weeks for discovery
