Contract Role:

A prominent player in the energy and utilities sector is seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Architect to join their team on a contract basis.

This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and optimization of their Salesforce Field Service platform to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on-site presence in the North East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Field Service with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational coherence.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions with extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector.
  • Hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
