Role Purpose:
As the Repairs Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated in-house team to provide top-quality, value-driven repairs and maintenance services. You will oversee operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving Golding Homes' commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are excited to recruit a Repairs Operations Manager who is ready to make a difference to our customers’ lives.
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have relevant experience in a senior leadership role in a reactive maintenance setting, gained within a Housing Association. Experienced in successfully leading and developing a high performing team in a Reactive Repairs setting.
You’ll have experience of managing sub-contractors through formalised contracts (JCT/ NEC) and managing complaints. You can demonstrate good repairs and maintenance technical knowledge along with experience in minor works job costing.
A minimum of HNC/HND in construction or related subject essential and CIOB or RICS Qualification preferable.
We are looking for an excellent communicator demonstrating high degree of customer care with strong leadership and management including performance management.
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £57,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same
