What you'll be doing.
You’ll lead the Voids team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused voids service that maximises efficiency and value for money.
The Voids Manager ensures properties meet Golding Homes' lettable standards promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the organisation's commitment to providing exceptional housing solutions.
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have relevant experience in a senior leadership role in a reactive maintenance setting, gained within a Housing Association. Experienced in successfully leading and developing a high performing team in a Reactive Repairs and Voids setting.
You’ll have experience of managing sub-contractors through formalised contracts (JCT/ NEC) and managing complaints. You can demonstrate good repairs and maintenance technical knowledge along with experience in minor works job costing.
A minimum of HNC/HND in construction or related subject is essential and CIOB or RICS Qualification preferable.
We are looking for an excellent communicator demonstrating high degree of customer care with strong leadership and management including performance management.
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £55,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same
