What you'll be doing
You will lead the way in managing external contractors to deliver high-quality, reactive maintenance services. Your mission will be to ensure our customers receive a timely, efficient, and exceptional service by overseeing contractor performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be the customer service champion, fostering excellent communication and technical support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
More about you. What can you bring?
You will ideally have qualifications in Site supervision and / or Contract Management.
With proven experience in Contractor Management you will have previously managed sub-contractors through formalised contracts (JCT/ NEC).
Relevant experience in a reactive maintenance setting, preferably within a Housing Association or similar, would be preferable and you will be able to demonstrate good repairs and maintenance technical knowledge.
You will also have comprehensive working knowledge of Schedules of Rates, and be financially astute aiming to minimise costs whilst optimising productivity.
We are looking for an excellent communicator who can demonstrating a high degree of customer care and you will have the ability to see things from the customer perspective.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £44,100 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same
