The role:nAs Commercial Channel Manager EMEA you will be responsible for building and maximising senior stakeholder commercial relationships across EMEA across a complex diverse category of FMCG products.nThe Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will lead on annual strategic planning for the region including financial plans, quarterly business reviews and monthlynIn the role the Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will work cross functionally with insights, innovation, finance etc to drive execution of projects that deliver targeted sales and profitnHaving an equal mix of strategy and execution responsibility the Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all strategic marketing and brand plans for EMEA are executed effectivelynThe Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will develop a broad understanding of consumer, customer, category and shopper to drive the commercial agenda across a multi country geography.

Ideal candidate:nYou will have in depth broad commercial experience across account management and may have a broader background across other commercial functions such as commercial strategy or marketing.nThis will be gained from a global FMCG brand or from a top4 UK grocery multiple in a buying role. Ideally will be from a complex category and will involve experience of working with various international markets and cultures.nAs Commercial Channel Manager EMEA you will have well rounded experience across sales and marketing and will have the ambition and drive to progress your career.nIt is essential to have fantastic stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication skills both internally and externally. You will be comfortable regularly communication with senior individuals including board levelnYou will be use data and insights to drive decision making and will be able to demonstrate the rigor and attention to detail required for this rolenThe Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will be able to demonstrate an equal mix of strategy and execution throughout their careernThe culture of this brand thrives in matrix working and building strong relationships is key to success.nThe Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will demonstrate excellent leadership ability and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity of a large complex multi-national organisationnIn this entrepreneurial environment it is essential that you have excellent project management experience along with the ability to drive engagement and execution across the wider business.nYou will thrive in a matrix blue chip structure that is down to earth, caring and personable.
