About them:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Orthopaedics department.
Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care within Orthopaedics.
Collaborate with medical professionals and other departments to ensure effective patient treatment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines in Orthopaedics.
Mentor and support the professional development of the Orthopaedics team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration or equivalent qualification in Orthopaedics.
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within Orthopaedics.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedic care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
