As the UKs biggest Pub Company, Stonegate Group have an extensive property portfolio nationally. We are looking for a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our Estates team as our Estate Development Manager. The Estates Development Manager takes responsibility for the development and disposal of Stonegate’s land and property portfolio.
Key elements of the Estates Development manager include:
maximisation of asset value through development (e.g. obtaining planning consent) and future disposal of properties or land in the estate.  You will deliver exceptional customer service and support to our Operations teams through this process. 

to actively support the execution of the organisations strategy by identifying and extracting optimum returns from the company’s portfolio of assets and land. 

Support the identification of alternate use opportunities for land or buildings. 
The Estate Development Manager will work alongside several internal disciplines, particularly the Operations Directors and a network of external professionalsuppliers and consultants, agents and solicitors.
The Estate Development Manager is field-based so will travelling throughout the geographic area of responsibility and will include ongoing liaison with field-based operations and property colleagues, third party suppliers and agencies.
We’re looking for our Estate Development Manager to have considerable experience post RICs qualification and we’d love to speak to people from outside of the pub industry as well as hospitality specialists. You’ll need to be comfortable with a pipeline of projects already lined up for activity as well as managing multiple projects at a time.
