Job Summary:

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join our team. As a Sales Progressor Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and progress all agreed sales through to completion
  • Liaise with other estate agents, mortgage advisors, and solicitors
  • Provide all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase

Requirements:

  • Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills
  • Persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
