Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the area.
  • Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine.
  • Align with the Nested brand values and maintain a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize our market-leading customer app to streamline communication with clients and provide exclusive property insights.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of top industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute a local business growth strategy.
