Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Project Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic Operations team.

As our Project Manager for Real Estate, you will join the Operations team and take ownership of managing the complete real estate and fit-out portfolio for our growing organisation. This pivotal role will be a Hybrid role based at one of our office in Leamington or Bicester.

We would like you to:

  • Work with the VP of operations to develop strategic plans to support organisational growth.  
  • Responsible for developing, leading and delivering construction & fit out projects. 
  • Leading full construction and fit out solutions in accordance with UK Real Estate processes and delivering solutions on site from design concept, through design, tender, construction, fitout, to the handover to the internal business.    
  • In partnership with outsourcing partners, be responsible for implementing, managing and delivering the real estate & offices road map.   
  • Monitor & report performance of project delivery to ensure alignment to the approved business case, design, and committed timeline 
  • Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence 

Who You Are:

  • Over 7 years of experience managing construction and facilities projects, with a strong commercial background in running tenders and managing budgets.
  • Demonstrable project management skills with proven technical and managerial expertise.
  • A self-starter with integrity, capable of working independently, and a multi-tasker who excels under tight deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment. You are personable, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels.
  • Valid driving license and access to personal transport for official business use. Willingness to travel within the UK as needed. Passionate about creating an inclusive work environment and skilled at developing collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
