The Role:
As a Business Development Co-Ordinator, you will:
* Identify and target potential clients through warm and cold calls.
* Schedule meetings and CPD sessions for the sales team.
* Manage CRM systems to record and track meetings.
* Follow up on specifications to secure additional business.
* Collaborate with Area Managers to identify target areas and sectors.
* Occasionally attend industry events and seminars as a company representative.
* Provide monthly activity reports to the Business Development Manager.
* Utilise social media and other tools to identify industry opportunities.
The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Co-Ordinator will have:
* Relevant experience in a sales-related environment.
* Proven ability in cold calling and customer service.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A-Level or equivalent qualification, or a Sales-focused NVQ.
The Package:
The Business Development Co-Ordinator role offers an attractive package including an annual salary of £25,000.00 plus commission.
