• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with special educational needs in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Work alongside teachers to adapt and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their potential.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs).
