Key Responsibilities:
Coach, train, develop and manage an existing Team of 5 Account Managers and help grow team to 8
Responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products/services.
Support the team to ensure they are achieving their goals, targets and critical milestones. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training, and performance management.
Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account management plan to ensure long-term customer success and retention.
Lead with intent. Lead by example inspiring your colleagues, mentoring them to work towards their own personal development aspirations.Person Specification:
Demonstratable experience in managing Customer accounts within a fast-paced business.
Experience working within Tech/SaaS/Software
Demonstrable experience in leading a successful sales/account management team.
Execute sales strategy with a proactive attitude
Set, manage and report on sales goals and quotas for your team in accordance with the Sales Director
Strong commercial awareness in all areas
Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment
Previously worked as a Snr Account Manager, Team Leader, Sales Manager or Head of AMThis is a full-time permanent position offering an attractive basic salary of up to £65,000 with a realistic OTE of £105,000
