About the Role


We are seeking a driven Technology Partnerships Manager with a proven history of striking and executing partnerships and a strong professional network.


Most importantly - we’re looking for someone who has high agency. They’re able to bend reality to their will and are energised by making ideas become reality. 


A successful candidate will be in charge of working across several of our existing portfolio clients, helping them drive significant commercial revenues from partnerships.


This pivotal role will be supported by our BD, Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure that you’re able to design and launch partnerships that commercially transform our client’s businesses.


You will be operating in a fun, dynamic environment where you’ll be asked to push the envelope on partnerships innovation to deliver exciting collaborations across a range of different verticals.


As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, fostering strong client relationships, and shaping the future of the QTA as we become the world’s leading partnership specialists. 


Responsibilities include


Partnerships Development: Identify and engage potential partners who would benefit from our clients services. Utilise market research, networking, events and outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new partnerships.


Events: Support QTA team with organising and driving our events plan – both internal events and external event participation.


Partner Engagement: Collaborate closely with QTA's strategic partners, such as the Xoogler network to coordinate joint strategies to expand our network and win new clients


Team Leadership: Lead and manage partnerships professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.


Partnership Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to refine partnerships approaches, whilst also supporting our Partnership of The Week content.


What are we looking for?


  • Strong existing network in the tech space. Preferably across both startups and corporates.
  • Proactive, personable, and authentic individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to relate to others and work within a high-performance team, as well as, at times, in a self-directed manner.
  • Relevant sales or account management experience is preferable though not required. We are much more interested in the right person than the right experience

  • People that have worked in accelerators or incubators and have experience advising a diverse range of startups.
  • MBA graduates that would rather delve into entrepreneurship than banking or consultancy.
  • Technical, hands on tinkerers that love coming up with new ideas and can build their dreams out.
