As an Emotional Well-being and Mental Health Practitioner (Domestic Abuse Practitioner) you will support Children, Young People, and Young Adults across our Emotional Health & Well-being services by offering low intensity support under a brief intervention framework
Experience:
Must have experience of working with Parenting, families, children, and young people
Leadership experience
Experience of supporting families who are dealing with complex and sensitive issues through offering advice and advocacy
Relationship building skills.
Negotiation and influencing skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to plan and manage own workloadDue to the nature of the work the following are essential:
