This is a fantastic opportunity to support the talent management and DEI processes within the utilities industry. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's talent strategy and driving organisational success.nKey Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to leaders on talent identification and management.nCreate and maintain talent management information and communications on Connect (Intranet).nPrepare quarterly packs for Exec sessions and collaborate with People Partners to ensure required input.nDesign and develop talent development programmes in collaboration with the wider team.nIdentify and implement ways to simplify processes and utilise systems effectively.nTrack talent and DEI metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement.nManage talent visibility programmes and facilitate succession planning processes.nConduct coaching, development, and career discussions with both talent and managers.nSupport the delivery of our client's DEI plans within the business.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing talent processes.nFamiliarity with talent management frameworks and succession planning processes.nA genuine passion for talent and DEI.
