Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of our Learning and Development framework.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to build career pathways and learning journeys for employees.
  • Drive the collection and analysis of KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our L&D initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workday to support employee development.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative in project development.
