Looking for a passionate Site Maintenance Manager to join a leading Timber Processing company in Scotland. You will be managing a team of skilled Maintenance Engineers working on both planned and reactive repairs.
The company manufacture construction products such as fence panels, timber frame and roof trusses for both the UK and Irish markets with heavy investments into the machinery and automation within their factories which need to be maintained with precision.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Maintenance team to ensure seamless manufacturing within the factory
Experience with asset management, strategy, and planned and reactive repairs
Upskill colleagues, follow and implement HSE standards
Develop PEMAC / CMMS systems
Delivery and implementation of KPI's
Cost management, delivering to weekly KPI budgets
Develop Maintenance Lean systems
Working with external contractors and installation companiesExperience:
Circa 10 years' experience in Maintenance/Engineering management
Knowledge of maintenance strategies
Promoting a safe working environment with compliance to standard regulations
Increased process efficiency
Leadership and management skills
Engineering Qualification - mechanical and electrical background
