Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Murphy. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing groundworks teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage groundworks teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to the groundworks crew.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience supervising groundworks projects.
- In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques.
- Experience working in the energy sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home.
- UK driving license.
